Oddfellows Charity Rose Bowl Competition

The Stamford Oddfellows Charity Rose Bowl will be competed for annually on a knock-out basis.
All clubs affiliated to the Stamford & District Bowls League shall be eligible to enter one or more teams into the competition.
After all expenses have been paid, the remaining proceeds shall be divided equally between league funds and a local charity.
Format:
Each team shall comprise 9 players, all of whom shall be solely representative of their registered club and remain together in each round of the competition.
A draw will take place for the preliminary rounds, with play-by dates (to be decided) for each stage.
Each match will comprise 18 ends (plus 2 trial ends) of three-wood triples to be played on the green of the home-drawn team, to the date of the final, to EBF rules.
Final:
The final will be played at Stamford Town Bowls Club on Saturday 6th September 2025 at 2.00 pm.
The winning team will be presented with the Oddfellows Charity Rose Bowl, to be held for one year.

Round 1 matches (Quarter Finals) to be played on or before Sunday 20th July.
Round 2 matches (Semi Finals) are to be played on or before Sunday 31st August.
Final to be played on Saturday 6th September at Stamford Town Bowls Club.
(A score of 1-0 indicates a walkover)
